Story: An English girl visits the newly wealthy sheep farmer family of her aunt in Victoria, Australia.
She meets a New-Australian Lumberjack; He had qualified as a doctor in Prague but was not permitted to practice in Australia. After an accident he attempts to operate on an injured man and is charged in court and eventually acquitted. He is then sponsored to re-qualify as a doctor. With gold he found in Australia he follows the girl back to England to complete his training
